The meditation is separated into two parts because of Bandcamp size limits please download both or if you prefer to only stream you can choose to donate and then I can send you a private Soundcloud link. Please send me an email which you find in my website. www.ldyosc.com

This recording was suppose to be for a new event series I was planning in Vienna last month and would have included the performance of this live. The oscillators and synths are tuned to 437Hz. The rest was recorded with instruments I have collected such as a crystal singing bowl, Tibetan bowl, a drum made by a Temazcalero from Mexico, an Indian elephant bell, a 528Hz tuning fork amongst other instruments. The focus for this meditation is lungs, throat and sinus with element of Air.

The music and guided meditation is up for donation purchase. I will make others focusing on different areas of the body.

Alyssa Auvinen Barrera (LDY OSC) is a Musician, Sound Engineer, Barre instructor, and Yogi based in Vienna, Austria. Alyssa started working on sound meditations in March 2018 when she got invited to play music for Ecstatic Dance events. After three successful events, Alyssa decided to continue exploring the creation of music for meditation, diving deeper into the science behind the reaction of body vibrations. She introduced a workshop in May 2018 at Synth Babes in Malmö which focused on the topics oscillators, sound waves, tuning systems, and sound therapy. Since then Alyssa has continued to present this workshop and frequency meditation internationally. She practiced dance for many years and also studied the health sciences extensively through her first years of college. The practice includes muscle heat building and release of tension exercises. The vibrations created with the voice are targeted at specific energy centers and are meant to unblock stagnant energy.
